The things firms ask most before and just after they start.

Does Kefilex replace Clio?
No. Clio stays your system of record — matters, time recording, billing. Kefilex sits on top and adds the firm-wide view Clio does not give you: leads, pipeline, attribution and what is genuinely owed. See how it works with Clio.
Is the trial really free, with no card?
Yes — a 48-hour trial, no card required, no sales call, and it never converts to a paid plan on its own. It runs on realistic sample data, so nothing you do touches a real client.
Who owns our data?
You do, at all times. Kefilex processes it as your processor under a UK GDPR Data Processing Agreement. You can export it in a machine-readable form on request — including during a dispute — and ask for it to be deleted. We never sell it or use it to train generalised AI models. More in your data, your control.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings inside the app, effective at the end of the period you have paid for — no phone call, no retention process, no acceleration of what is left.
Does everyone in the firm need a paid seat?
No. Only the people who actively work enquiries take a full seat. Reception, billing-only and reporting people are free and uncapped. See who uses Kefilex.
