Included in every plan
The brokers who send you work can see it moving.
Every firm knows the call: “any update on the Smiths?” The broker portal replaces it. Each introducer signs into their own portal and sees a live milestone timeline for the matters they referred — updated straight from your case management system, with nothing to remember and nothing to type.
Firms that make referrals effortless get more of them. This is the part of Kefilex your brokers see — and it looks like your firm, not ours.

Three steps, then it runs itself.
- 1
Invite your brokers from Settings — each gets a passwordless sign-in to a portal carrying your firm's name.
- 2
Clients consent — a broker only ever sees a matter where the client has agreed their introducer can follow progress.
- 3
Matters report themselves — as your team progresses the file, the portal and the broker's notifications update on their own. Nobody at the firm does anything extra, ever.
Every matter, as a dated timeline.
Opening any referral shows the full journey — instructed, searches, enquiries, mortgage offer, exchange, completion — each milestone dated as it happened. The broker always knows where the case is, without a single phone call.

Updates that find them.
Brokers choose which milestones matter to them — say, exchanges and completions — and whether to hear as it happens or as one daily digest. The emails send in your firm's name, and replies go to the inbox your team chooses. Turning them off is one toggle in the portal, so nobody is ever spammed into ignoring you.

The daily digest — one email, every update.

Or as it happens — one card, one milestone.
Milestones only. That's a promise with architecture behind it.
A broker never sees documents, correspondence, financial figures or personal case detail — only progress milestones on consented matters they introduced. And that isn't a setting someone could mis-click: broker access runs through a separate, fail-closed database role that is structurally incapable of reading anything else. It's the answer your COLP will want, written into the plumbing.
See it before you sign up to anything.
The broker portal demo is public — the exact product your introducers would use, loaded with sample data. And it's part of every Kefilex plan, not an add-on: if your firm runs on Kefilex, your brokers can have this next week.
